LGBTQ Wellness

Created in 2015, LGBTQ Wellness is a community outreach and support program that uplifts the mental health & holistic wellness of LGBTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, +) adults in Santa Clara County.

We aim to reduce stigma, improve cultural humility, and activate allyship at both the individual and institutional levels through educational outreach and trainings about mental health and sexual orientation, gender identity, & expression (SOGIE). In addition, the program provides community outreach, peer support groups, and one-to-one peer support, and engages in advocacy and policy work to better connect members of our LGBTQIA+ community with vital support services and resources.

Trainings

We provide trainings for a variety of audiences: behavioral health professionals, therapists, social workers, educators, faith-based communities, peers, and more!

Support Groups

We offer peer support and social groups for LGBTQIA+ adults ages 18+. Groups include QT Social, Trans Group, South Bay Queer & Disabled, and more!
