Who Are We

LGBTQ Wellness was created in 2015 as a community outreach and support program to uplift the mental health & holistic wellness of LGBTQIA+ adults in Santa Clara County. We provide sexual orientation, gender identity, & expression (SOGIE) and mental health education and trainings. In addition, we offer community outreach, peer support groups, and advocacy and policy work to support the holistic wellness of the LGBTQIA+ community.

LGBTQ Wellness envisions an intersectional, multigenerational LGBTQIA+ community in Santa Clara County that is strengthened and supported by an affirming culture of holistic wellness. We aim to foster such a culture through social connection, peer support, and by activating allyship at the individual and institutional levels.
