LGBTQ Wellness is proud to partner with a variety of programs and services dedicated to LGBTQIA+ youth and adults in Santa Clara County and beyond. Included below are a few of our more frequent collaborators. Please contact us for any additional resource needs.

The Q Corner

A program of Santa Clara County’s Behavioral Health Services Department, the Q Corner provides educational trainings, peer support groups, one-to-one peer support sessions, community events, drop-in hours, and more! Stay up to date with their Instagram: @theqcorner

The LGBTQ Youth Space

The Youth Space serves LGBTQIA+ and questioning youth in Santa Clara County, ages 13-25. They offer support groups, community hangouts, trainings, and counseling services! For more information, and to check out their South County-specific services, check out their website: youthspace.org

Trans Care Coalition

An initiative of the Behavioral Health Services Department in Santa Clara County, the Trans Care Coalition is dedicated to improving the cultural humility of behavioral health services and providers to create more and better systems of care for the transgender/non-binary/gender expansive community. The Office of LGBTQ Affairs

Santa Clara County is home to the country’s first Office of LGBTQ Affairs. The Office provides case-specific assistance, cross-departmental best practices, external relations, communications, resources development, and community engagement and mobilization! Gender Health Center

The Gender Health Center is the first all ages clinic specialized in caring for transgender, gender-non-binary and gender expansive people in the South Bay. They offer medical care, mental/emotional health care, social work support, and community connection. Check out their website: scvmc.scvh.org/health-care-services/gender-health-center

HEART Program

The HEART program (Health, Equitable, and Respectful Together) offers educational outreach, trainings, and workshops focusing on IPV (Inter-Personal Violence) prevention and building safe and healthy relationships within the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond.
